REM Roberts is a property consultancy that will assist you in finding your new office, whether it’s for lease or purchase. We also have various properties available To Let and can provide further details of these. We are a multi faceted firm and can arrange selected partners, with track records, to provide additional services for you.

Unlike many other cities in the world, London was not built on a planned basis with a clearly defined central business district. The result is a number of different sub-markets arranged in a complicated hierarchy, driven by occupier preferences, a residue of historically important buildings and more recently, the availability of modern buildings with large floor plates.

The choice of available space is variable depending on market conditions, but at any time there is probably upwards of six million square feet to choose from in the West End alone. Allowing for buildings being let in floors, a closer analysis can reveal nearly two thousand units, of available space.

 






Who Are We?


Graeme Roberts

Graeme has spent the majority of his 15 year career acting for occupiers providing advice and negotiating leases for a cross section of companies and organisations ranging from cutting edge technology companies to trade associations and hedge funds.

Graeme set up REM Roberts in March 2002 with the aim of providing hands on advice; specifically to tenants and occupiers.

Graeme is a fully qualified chartered surveyor and as well as undertaking many acquisitions for the corporate sector; has specialist knowledge in assisting trade associations and charities.

Charles Henriques

Charles has spent 25 years working for some of the biggest surveying practices in Central London. He has been regularly involved in negotiating leases on behalf of several major corporate clients.

Charles joined Graeme in 2003 looking to provide one to one advice to his client base.

Charles is a fully qualified chartered surveyor and has specialist experience with major acquisition and disposal projects.

James Askham

James is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and recently joined REM Roberts having been working as a Partner of a practice for the last four years in Midtown following ten years working in the West End.

His client’s have ranged from property companies (small and large) and Institutions to a diverse range of occupiers and his range of experience covers both acquisition and disposal work as well as having advised on a large number of refurbishment and development projects.

Mark Hickmott

Mark joined REM Roberts in 2015 having held a number of senior positions in well know Chartered Surveying Practices. He has over 21 years of experience advising a diverse range of occupational and non-occupational clients including Corporations, Institutions, Charities and High Net-worth Individuals in both the Office and Educational sectors.

Mark specialises in advising on matters including the acquisition and disposal of commercial premises including their re-development and refurbishment, investment and related strategy across Central London but specialising in the prime West End Markets.

Common practice
